Sugarcane × AI · Made in Guangdong
We turn China's discarded sugarcane bagasse into AI-designed, fully biodegradable food packaging — at a fraction of the industry lead time.
01 · The problem
The country produces 60 million tons of plastic waste a year, while 5.2 million tons of sugarcane bagasse — a perfect pulp feedstock — is burned or thrown away. Today's biodegradable alternatives are too slow and too customized to scale. We close that loop.
02 · The solution
Eco Wrap converts agricultural bagasse into durable, fully biodegradable food packaging. Our proprietary AI mold-design platform generates and simulates hundreds of geometries in hours — eliminating trial runs and slashing production lead time by weeks.
Our competitive advantage, in four letters.
AI predicts mold fatigue before failure; high-speed cameras auto-reject defects. Near-perfect consistency, every batch.
Unlike PLA or paper that need industrial processing to degrade, bagasse returns to the earth naturally — no compost plant required.
Pulp flow and heat curves are perfected digitally. Weeks of tooling compressed into an afternoon simulation run.
Shape, size, and logo — all designed, simulated, and produced under one roof. From AI prompt to shipped pallet, fully in-house.

04 · Sustainability
China produces 123 million tonnes of sugarcane every year. Roughly 5.2 million tonnes of the bagasse byproduct is burned — releasing CO₂ and methane. We take that same stream and turn it into packaging that decomposes on its own.
Partnerships with Guangdong sugar mills convert their waste stream into our raw feedstock.
Hundreds of geometries generated and virtually tested for pulp flow, heat curve, and structural integrity.
Used packaging decomposes naturally in weeks — no industrial processing, no microplastics.
